A Cardiff Winter Wedding

Lets be honest the beginning of January can be a slightly depressing time! Christmas has gone and the year opens up with dark afternoons and cold weather ……. it was certainly very cold when I arrived at City Hall in Cardiff for the ceremony of Caroline and James’ wedding! Thankfully I did not have to lament being without my thermal underwear for long as the sun came out and took the edge off just in time for the photographs of the newlyweds around City Hall.

The reception was held at Manor Parc Hotel in Thornhill and the light even held out for a few more photos there (including one larger group photo and some more of Caroline and James)

It just shows that even in the winter we get some sun in Wales and you can get beautiful photographs.
