A couple of 2014 Favourites

Its the time of year when most photographers have little work on and manage to re-package some of their old images and say how wonderful this shot or that shot is ….. well guess what? That is exactly what I am going to do as well. I am a south wales wedding photographer and sadly I have no strong sun or bright clear light to work with but I love Wales and all its weather (disclaimer – I hate rain).

So here they are a few shots… some words and thats it. Perhaps I should work on my marketing or packaging…!!

Back in April I trundled off to the Gower to capture Lara and Craig’s wedding day. I loved Oldwalls and got lots of great shots. Lara laughed all day and I even smiled for a good 23% of it. Which was a new record for me. Go me!

This shot was from Gemma and Ian’s wedding in September. I loved the day as St Donats is such a great venue, the day was fun and Ian was a Gloucestershire cricketer…. now thats a real job!

Ah the fantastic and slightly crazy Bernie and Chris – who got married at Pencoed House Estate and laughed all day …. That really does make my job a breeze. Thanks guys.

Another wedding at St Donats and another brilliant couple. Lots of laughter, a relaxed day and some crazy guests. Thanks Gemma, Lee and all your guests for making it such a fabulous day.

I am ending this (very brief) blog with a photo of friends of mine who I was lucky enough to photograph at their wedding at Pencoed House. Sophie and Ian were great to photograph and I felt like I knew most of the guests so probably missed many a good shot whilst I was nattering. Thanks for a wonderful day guys.
