Lovely words from a Bride and Groom #2

Its great to wake up and receive an email from a past Bride and Groom where they clearly love their photos. Todays blog is another reason why this south wales wedding photographer loves his job. It really is a fab career and how I have managed to be lucky enough to do this as a job I do not know! Anyway the wedding of Natalie and Ed was a very relaxed affair and one that happened without fuss or too much sweat. That was definitely down to the couple who emailed me last week to thank me for their photos and what they wrote made me smile.

Natalie wrote

“We both wanted to say a HUGE ‘Thankyou’ for our amazing pictures!!

I knew from when I saw Lauren’s pictures (Natalies cousin) that you would capture our day perfectly. We weren’t able to meet you until much nearer the wedding but following our phone call I knew that I wouldn’t want to drop out of the booking 😊

On the morning and throughout the day you moved around and captured so many photos without being noticed.  I have been to too many wedding with bossy photographers and I am glad to say you are not one.  The general feel of our photos is us and our guests happy, fun and relaxed.  So many people have commented on our pictures and noted that we were only away from our guests for half hour and in that time you captured the most beautiful photos of a not very poser-y couple.  The guests felt at ease with you which shows.

We are about to go on our honeymoon but we will definitely be in touch to order an album that the photos deserve – Choosing 100 will be very difficult!!!  Our only regret is that we didn’t get a selfie or photo of us with you ☹

I love photos and can’t thank you enough for capturing the story of our day so accurately as that, along with our memories,  is ultimately what we are left with of our day”

Thank you Natalie and Ed and its good to see that you love your photos and that my realaxed, unobtrusive approach came across on the day and in the photos. Look forward to building your album.
