I love shooting weddings at St Donats Castle. It is such a beautiful building with lovely grounds and loads of places for great photos – tbh too may great places and it is a real skill to not spend too long doing this and keeping the bride and groom away from their guests. This wedding was a particularly special one for me as the groom was a cricketer who played for my team Gloucestershire CCC. Therefore I was slightly in awe all day of him and when his team mates turned up in the evening. It also gave me a great load of images and the couple were absolutely delightful and I really enjoyed shooting the day for them.
This wedding was a few years ago now but I can recommend the venue and am also delighted that Karen and Sabrina personally recommend me to their couples. Being a recommended photographer is a real pleasure because it is about so much more than being able to take a good photograph. Its about the venue knowing that you are easy to work with and have the personal skills to deal with all elements of the wedding.
